ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own all of the accounting, including revenue recognition, general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, taxes, treasury services, and consolidation
  • Develop, manage, and build a top tier team that proactively drives process automation and works with a collaborative mentality
  • Be the internal expert to advise on accounting impacts and resolve all GAAP and technical accounting issues
  • Provide leadership on/to global shared services
  • Ownership and oversight for International accounting requirements
  • Develop accounting systems and infrastructure to scale with business growth Manage the relationship with external auditors and consultants
  • Develops policies & procedures to ensure proper internal controls while maximizing operational efficiency
  • Partner with the COO and legal team on company governance activities, including corporate insurance, subsidiary management, and equity administration
  • Key responsibility includes handling Finance function end to end
  • Will work closely with the management
  • Will be an individual contributor
  • Doing assignment-based work, whatever work comes from the directors
  • The role is basically representing promoters and directors and assisting them in various activities
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to execute the vision of the Company by providing financial planning, assessing the company’s overall financial picture, and understanding their needs to devise an appropriate financial plan
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with management, keeping them updated about any changes affecting their finances
  • Identify and drive revenue enhancement and cost optimization programs
  • Generate meaningful and actionable insights on the MIS and prepare management for Board meetings and investor discussions
  • Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition
  • Manage & develop relationships with the most strategic vendors for the company – Administer the commercial legal contracts with different stakeholders
  • Hire, train, retain and mentor F&A team
