Experienced Mba Consultant: An experienced MBA consultant provides analysis of markets and competitors in order to develop a recommendation for clients. Developing business plans and strategies in close collaboration with our clients is one of the major functions of an experienced MBA consultant. Apart from this they conduct expert interviews, facilitate workshops, prepare presentations for top management. By using their business intelligence and analytical skills they provide objective advice and expertise and help an organization to develop any specialist skills that it may be lacking. Provide suggestions for change in the requisite policies by identifying better options, and maintain as well as develop the strategy, structure, management, and operations of a company are some vital job functions. Consultants work in project teams, each team consisting of five or six people: a partner, a team manager or senior consultant, one or two associates (MBA-qualified or experienced consultants) and analysts (trainee consultants, usually graduates or those with non-MBA postgraduate degrees).

Research and collect data that is relevant to the development of the company
Analyze the collected data
Provide insights to client’s employees, management team and other stakeholders
Create focus groups and facilitate workshops from the viewpoint of improving the services
Identify the problems and prepare hypothesis confirming solution to those issues
Present business proposals, suggestions and ideas
Implement recommendations or solutions and ensure the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it all out
Manage projects and programmes
Lead and manage those within the team, including analysts
Collaborate with the client to keep them informed of progress and to make the relevant decision
Participate in networking activities and develop new strategy tools and techniques in areas of specialist expertise
Must possess Business problem-solving capabilities
Communication skills across industries, platforms, media, and departments is a must
Should be able to perform analysis of business situations and issues
Require strong presentation skills
Must possess corporate strategy skills
Should have Quantitative and analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure and cope with challenging situations
Must be flexible and possess good teamwork skills
Must possess an understanding of business environments and commercial awareness

Basic Qualification:
minimum of a bachelor’s degree with a major in accounting, business, finance, marketing, management or a similar area
Coursework should include statistics, communications, ethics, project management, accounting, and leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
2-5 years’ experience in strategy consulting, a renowned industrial enterprise or start-up (ideally with a strategic focus)
Must be able to demonstrate consulting and industry expertise
An MBA from a recognized institution
Extensive international work experience highly preferred
Experience with analytical and conceptual skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
