Class sizes are small, so designed to enhance the interaction of students and faculty, as well as student to student collaboration. Learning methods include use of case studies, simulations and experiences with various companies drawn from a wide range of industries.

First Year

The first year at the University is designed to form a firm foundation for future leaders in the business sector. Courses covered at this stage include managerial economics, ethics, communication, financial accounting, organizational skills, strategic planning and implementation, marketing, finance, and data analysis, among others.

Second Year

It is during the second year that MBA students specialize in courses that align with their career choices. At this stage, students are also allowed to elect ALP (Action Learning Project), a consultative, team-based, thirteen-week program.

About ALP

During the Alp program, students work in groups to solve actual business problems presented by external clients. They are expected to recommend detailed solutions to the problems.

Global Immersion Program

The Global Immersion program is undertaken by every full-time MBA student after completion of the first year.

It is a global project consultancy program that requires specific concentrations, giving the student the opportunity to exercise their theoretical knowledge in real-world business challenges. The program also enables students to participate in collaborative seminars organized by business colleges around the world.
