JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborating with executive management to develop corporate strategy including customer segmentation, product, and various market strategies and develop pro-forma business cases to support strategy
  • Manage alliances with large partners to deliver on strategic projects to facilitate incremental growth
  • Expand the scope of partnership with relevant companies
  • Launch Big Data partnerships to create mutually benefitting business propositions with a special focus on leveraging alternate data sources to improve business capability
  • Expand current lending ecosystem by entering into new sectors
  • Creating strategic partnerships with other banks/lending partners to increase/expand product services to customers
  • Extensive financial modeling of structures and returns, business plans and commercial arrangements
  • Prepare and present opportunities for review by executive management and corporate review boards
  • Structure and negotiate acquisitions
  • Develop and program by managing acquisition integration activities across the enterprise
  • Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
  • Build quality assurance and data protection processes
  • Monitor KPIs and budgets to assess technological performance
  • Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage

Preferred Qualification:

  • MBA from a top tier program preferred
